Purchase ( Material Sourcing)
The major challenge that materials managers face is maintaining a consistent flow of materials for production And incorrect bills of materials, inaccurate cycle counts, un-reported scrap, shipping errors, receiving errors, and production reporting errors. An effective materials management System like ACCESS-EBS can resolve “inland” approaches to shipping, receiving, and material movement. CRM, Sales and distribution ( Domestic Sales, Exports and Marketing)
This function starts with enquiry or by purchase order from the new/existing customer through the invoicing, dispatch, sales return, documents tracking, sales voucher and Db/Cr notes generation.
EBS provide both Domestic and Export functional automation with tracking facilities for the export documentation, delivery and payments.
In EBS you can record sales enquiries subsequent follow-ups and then quotations can be send and tracked.
In sales export e.g. Bill of Lading, DBK, L/C, BRC, EP Copy, DIFS, ARE1 etc can be tracked.
The sales vouching has been automated to add more convenience to accounting people.

Business Accounting and Finance Management

Production Planning and Control (PPC)
The Production Planning and Control Module delivers advanced features to facilitate efficient implementation and control. Features such as lead time scheduling, component availability, capacity checks, and standard costing are available to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
All data relevant to production (planned orders, and production orders) are transferred to the PPC module through Requirements Planning. The various functions such as the formation of all work orders, aggregate and variable productions, product tree variances, variable work plans, and preparation of all production documents, are standard features supplied by the module.
Production planning optimizes the utilization of manufacturing capacity, parts, components and material resources using historical production data and sales forecasting
PPC include: Production order w.r.t. Sales orders and without Sales orders, BOMs, Costing, Planning & scheduling, Production order approval, Daily transactions, In process QC, Rejection handling & control, FG Store, PDIs and Job work orders.
