Jashinder Bir Singh  - is the founder cum Managing Director of Access Infotech. The company operations were set up by him 1995. His die hard determination to earn Global Recognition is constantly driving him to helps define growth plans for Access Infotech. Jashinder’s responsibilities include setting short-term/long-term goals, working with senior team to define business & marketing strategies and the execution and monitoring of such strategies. He also plays a key role in National as well as international business development and partner management within Access Infotech.

JB (as he commonly known) has a rich and varied experience in providing IT solutions, High availability solutions and management experience ranging from strategic program management to managing software delivery. Jashinder has over 20 years of experience as an IT solutions architect for a variety of clients ranging from small business and start-ups to large corporate and international entities. He possesses strong leadership skills exemplified through his experience in varied prestigious projects both in Government as well as private sectors

With JB’s experience Access Infotech has emerged as leading IT solutions provider in North India as well has been able to mark its pan – India presence in providing ERP solutions as well transform business operations into optimized automated solutions that helps partners and clients successfully focus on their core competencies, improve quality, speed time-to-market, and increase profitability by offloading their software development tasks onto us. Before establishing Access Infotech, Jashinder worked for Wipro Infotech as Franchisee Manager – North. He holds an graduate degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Thapar institute of Engineering Technology, Patiala, Punjab.

Chandandeep Kaur  - with her inherent research and design qualities helps transforms goals to reality for Access Infotech. Her responsibilities range from finalizing overall corporate strategy and strategizing execution of the company's New Business ventures. She is the co-founder and is currently serving as Director - Software Services for Access Infotech and is heading the Software services division and the company’s Finance operations.

Chandandeep responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with senior team to define business unit goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. She possesses strong management skills that develops leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization.

Since inception, Chandandeep has guided Access InfoTech’s development from a two-person operation into an exciting, dynamic and powerful force amongst the software solution companies, helping clients to transform their mundane error-prone routine business operations to efficiently operated and consistently monitored businesses. Under her valued leadership, Access Infotech has won accolades not only for its design and technology achievements, but also earned credentials for providing optimized business solutions.

Prior to co-founding Access Infotech, Chandandeep has worked with Oracle partnered. She holds a postgraduate degree in computer applications from the prestigious institution of Thapar Institute of Engineering and technology Patiala
